Resistor Power Thin Film

The RHF thin film series is a surface mount type resistor and is housed in the widely used standard TO-263 semiconductor package. This TO package is small in size making this series a great choice for your compact PCB installations.
Resistances are available from 0.01 to 51K Ohms. Additionally, this series features a power rating of 35 Watts, with a TCR (temperature coefficient of resistance) as low as ±50 ppm/°C.
These pulse withstanding resistors have a load stability to ±1% and can be easily attached with solder reflow technology. Our RHF power thin film resistors exhibit high power capabilities making them an excellent choice for RF power, switching power supplies and controllers.

- The maximum internal resistor temperature is 155°C.
